Installation Support Service

Get your software up and running quickly

With our Installation Support Service, a NetMotion system engineer works with you remotely to install and configure your NetMotion software deployment. This four-hour service allows you to get your software up and running quickly and includes a preparation session and remote assistance for software installation.

During the Installation Support Service, the NetMotion system engineer will do the following:

  • Explain implementation and deployment plans for the NetMotion solution during the pre-installation call
  • Review network architecture and requirements with customer IT representative(s) and develop recommendations and requirements necessary to support the implementation
  • Assist with the installation of NetMotion client/server software
  • Assist with additional NetMotion software configuration as needed
